The program of study included theoretical training in the form of lecture material , practical part , as well as viewing the cataract surgeries in real- time ( "live surgery ") on the TV screen and in surgery room . Such practice provides an opportunity to learn how to operate in conditions close to reaity, and promptly master the technology of cataract surgery by phacoemulsification with implantation of foldable artificial lens.
